Overview
At Ufer Stores, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations.
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer or supplier directly.
All returns must first be approved by our support team via [email protected].
Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, beauty tools)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Digital products or downloadable content

Gift cards or promotional items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review and provide return or replacement instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale or Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, promotional, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email [email protected] for instructions.
Note: At UferStores we do not accept exchange of any kind, unless your case is exceptional.
Shipping Returns
Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
Please do not ship returns until you’ve received authorization.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) will be deducted from your refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
